Do I believe in love at first sight? Absolutely!

Did it happen to me? Not even close.

My own trope is a friends to lover's romance. I met my husband David, of eleven years now, at my first job out of high school.
​
The first time I met him he was surly and intimidating. He is a tall man and back then had very black hair. Honestly, I was a little scared of him and avoided him for six months. Sound like a romance novel yet?
​
Then one day while eating in the breakroom he sat down next to me and started talking like he hadn't been extremely rude to me. One long look into his gray blue eyes and we became fast friends, then best friends. After two years of hearing about all the dates he went on, I asked him what was wrong with me?
​
So he asked me on our first date and the rest is history.

I have been obsessed with romance novels since the seventh grade. After getting my own HEA I knew I wanted to write the same for the characters in my mind.

When I am not writing, I love to quilt and belong to a guild. I also love to hike and practice my nature photography skills.
My husband and I love to travel and watch baseball (Let's Go Dodgers) and hockey (Let's Go Jets) together.
​
We have two spoiled dogs, a female Miniature Schnauzer named Ripley and a male Pug named Henry. I bet you can't guess where I fall on the chain of command?
